Hi, I'm eleven years old and I would like to thank the people who uploaded, sent and taken the photographs as East Goscote was being built. Me and my friend Joe are filming a documentary on East Goscote to find out more about the village and to get more people interested on the amazing history of the village.

Thanks once again.

Thank you Maureen Loseby for the nice email about the pictures of the mound all those years ago. Than you for remembering our meeting. Any further pictures from anyone would be great too.

What a shame a few youths have spoilt a lovely white Monday morn.
We moved to the village as a young couple 11 yrs ago ready to start a family . we now have two children 10 and 6 and for the few that are determined to spoil it for the rest of us you have spoilt probably there first real winter a chance of a life time.
what idiots where causing trouble at the mound on Mon with the police involved. We are NOT a city estate but a village where children come together to play and make new friends as well as parents.
PLEASE THINK BEFORE YOU DO IT , YOU WILL BE PARENTS SOON!!!!!!!!!!!!

Thank you for the Lady walking her dog when I was taking pictures of the mound. I love to research history and East Goscote is full of old stories. If anyone has any old pictures form the war time era I could copy for my personal use, please email me. Many thanks. email kevinballard@gmx.com
